It is finite, so there is no 'give'; when it comes to deadlines, anyexhibition building specialist will tell you that. At Euroservice, we aim
to give our clients the best solution possible. To do this we need your elp when it comes to meeting those deadlines during the exhibition
stand design timeline. See the example above, this will assist us both in achieving an outstanding result. 

Exhibition stand design brief
Your chance to tell us exactly what you want to achieve at your xhibition. It is important to tell us all the information you have but especially your budget, timescale's and graphic objectives.

Preliminary stage of exhibition stand design 
Our first proposal and estimate based on your brief. This is a good ime to review the budget and structure of the exhibition stand to make sure it is still what you want it to be. An opportunity to offer your feedback for any further amendments and review the critical requirements before the final design.

Final exhibition stand design 
Here we present the final design and estimate for your approval. We lso stress the importance of following the proposed timeline to make
sure your requirements are met throughout the various stages of the roject.

Your exhibition stand becomes an order 
This is where we really do need all the information to guarantee on-time delivery of your exhibition stand. A written order including
colour confirmations, surface finishes, graphic files submitted and ervices information are all needed at this point to ensure a smooth order process for your project.

Internal order detailing 
This is where we prepare your order internally, book a pre-view of your stand and release your order for manufacturing.

Exhibition stand production 
Your order is scheduled into each department within Nimlok, special materials are ordered, rental items reserved and service elements
purchased. A proforma invoice is sent to you at this stage so payment can be made before shipping of your stand. 

Previewing your exhibition stand 
Your exhibition stand is built by our team of exhibition stand builders and is your opportunity to visit Nimlok's head office and view your stand in its various build stages.

Packing and shipping your exhibition stand 
We require at least half a day to pack your stand ready for shipping. The shipping company will need to be booked at this stage too. It could be the Euroservices Team or another company of your choice.

Installation of your exhibition stand 
Our Exhibition Stand Builders will oversee this for you, in fact, you on't even have to be there! Once the exhibition stand has been built all you have to do is arrive and exhibit. We take the stress out of exhibiting so you can relax and enjoy the show!
